GrahAI provides digital astrology services including AI-generated Kundli reports, predictions, matching analyses, and AI chat consultations. These are digital content products delivered instantly upon purchase. Astrological content is based on Vedic astrology interpretations and is inherently subjective.

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• Service not delivered: Report or feature was not activated due to a technical error on our end
• Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same service
• Payment charged but plan not activated: Your account was not upgraded despite successful payment
• Material discrepancy: Service delivered was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase

Refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:

• Disagreement with astrological predictions or interpretations (content is subjective)
• Change of mind after report/content has been delivered or accessed
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
• Partial use of a subscription period (unused days are not refundable)
• Failure to use purchased services within the subscription period
• Issues caused by incorrect birth details entered by the user

To request a refund:

• Email support@grahai.com within 7 days of your purchase
• Include: Your registered email, Order/Transaction ID, reason for refund
• We will review your request and respond within 48 hours

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account
• Refund amount will be the actual amount paid (after any discounts/coupons applied)

• GrahAI subscriptions do NOT auto-renew — plans expire at the end of their stated period
• There are no cancellation charges
• You may stop using the service at any time without penalty
• Unused portion of a subscription period is not refundable

Purchases made with coupon codes or promotional discounts are eligible for refund of the actual amount paid (discounted price), not the original listed price. Coupon codes cannot be reinstated after a refund is processed.
