Welcome to GrahAI ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered Vedic astrology platform accessible at www.grahai.com. By accessing or using GrahAI, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

GrahAI is operated by Rahul Dubey (Sole Proprietor), located at Choodasandra, Bangalore 560035, Karnataka, India.

GrahAI provides AI-generated astrological content including but not limited to: Kundli (birth chart) generation, daily Rashifal (horoscope), Panchang (almanac), Kundli matching for marriage, AI Jyotish chat, and premium astrological reports.

Important: All predictions, analyses, and content are generated by artificial intelligence based on Vedic astrology principles and astronomical calculations (Swiss Ephemeris). GrahAI does NOT employ human astrologers. Content reflects computational interpretations of traditional astrological frameworks.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GrahAI. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect or process data from individuals under 18.

Some features require account creation via Google Sign-In or email/password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. One account per individual.

GrahAI offers the following plans:

• Free: Basic Kundli, daily Rashifal, Panchang, basic matching score, 3 AI Chat questions/day
• Quick Answer (₹99): One-time AI astrological consultation
• Basic (₹199/30 days): Detailed analysis, reports, 10 AI Chat questions/day
• Pro (₹499/3 months): Premium reports, unlimited matching, 50 AI Chat questions/day
• Annual (₹999/year): All features unlimited

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may be revised with prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card or banking details. Plans are one-time purchases — there is no auto-renewal. Plans expire at the end of their stated period. Coupon codes may be offered at our discretion and are subject to specific terms.

All astrological predictions, analyses, interpretations, and recommendations provided by GrahAI are:

• Generated by artificial intelligence, NOT by human astrologers
• Based on Vedic astrology principles and astronomical calculations
• NOT guaranteed to be accurate or reflect actual future events
• Provided for informational and guidance purposes
• Should NOT be used as the sole basis for any major life decision

GrahAI does not claim supernatural, psychic, or prophetic abilities. Astrological content represents traditional interpretive frameworks applied through AI computation.

Health: GrahAI does NOT provide medical advice. Health-related predictions are astrological perspectives only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns. Do not delay seeking medical advice based on astrological predictions.

Finance & Investment: GrahAI is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Financial predictions are NOT investment advice. Do not make investment, trading, or financial decisions based on astrological predictions.

Marriage & Relationships: Kundli matching is a traditional Vedic astrology practice. Compatibility scores are based on Ashtakoot (36-point) calculations and do NOT guarantee relationship success or failure. Marriage decisions should consider multiple factors beyond astrological compatibility.

Career: Career predictions provide astrological perspective only. They are NOT professional career counseling. Consult qualified career advisors for career decisions.

Gemstones: Gemstone recommendations are based on traditional astrological associations. GrahAI makes NO claims regarding medicinal, healing, or therapeutic properties of gemstones.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided "AS IS" without express or implied warranties
• GrahAI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from use of our predictions
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

All content generated by GrahAI, including reports, predictions, chart visualizations, and analyses, is owned by GrahAI. Users receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased reports for personal purposes only. Commercial redistribution, resale, or republication of GrahAI content is prohibited.

Birth details and personal information you provide remain your personal data. GrahAI processes this data solely to provide astrological services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on data collection, usage, storage, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Users shall not: scrape or crawl the platform; commercially redistribute content; impersonate others; attempt unauthorized access; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with platform operations.

GrahAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds for unused subscription periods.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt.
